www.bullying.org, this award-winning project was conceived of and is facilitated by Mr Belsey
to help others around the world deal with universal issue of bullying.

www.cyberbullyng.ca and www.cyberbullying.org provide information about the issue of cyberbullying.
Mr. Belsey is often cited as the first person to use this word and define this new behaviour.

www.bullyingcourse.com was created by Mr. Belsey. It offers Canada's first online course
and Webinars about bullying and cyberbullying for educators and parents

www.bullyingawarenessweek.org, Mr. Belsey conveived of and facilitates this annual
initiative to prevent bullying through education and awareness. It first began as a collaboration
between Bullying.org and Family Channel, now it involves many individuals, schools,
communities and governments across Canada and around the world.

www.net4nets.net is acollaborative project between Mr. Belsey's students in Canada and high school students
in Gabarone, Botswana to raise awareness about malaria and buy bednets for families in Botswana

www.seeingpeace.net collaborative project between Mr. Belsey's grade five students in Canada,
along with a grade five class of Palestinian children in Jerusalem and Canadian soldiers in Afghanistan

The Generations Can Connect Project

Mr. Belsey conceived of this project in honour of 1999, the United Nations Year of Older Persons and facilitated the pilot for Canada's SchoolNet/

IEARN-Canada ( www.iearn-canada.org )

Mr. Belsey is the volunteer Coordinator of I*EARN-Canada, which is part of the International Education and Resource Network.

 

Mr. Belsey helped to make Leo Ussak School in Rankin Inlet the very first school in Canada's Arctic to go online.

 

Mr. Belsey lead the creation of the very first Community Access Centre in the Canadian Arctic.

 

 

What's It Like Where You Live? The Tundra Biome: The Evergreen Project, The Missouri Botanical Gardens

 

Mr. Belsey was asked to create and facilitate a national Canadian Millennium Project called Timecapsule2000.

 

Mr. Belsey was a project facilitator for the Galileo Professsional Development Centre

 

Mr. Belsey is a Coordinator for SchoolNet's National Network of Innovative Schools
