Audio-Visual / Technical Requirements:
- a room that can be made quite dark
(so that the audience can best view the multimedia images, video, etc.)
- a high speed Internet connection (if
possible, but not essential)
- a sound system that can fill the presentation
room with sound
- an LCD projector with appropriate cables
to connect to a PC laptop
- a screen or white wall of a size appropriate
for the corresponding audience
(the bigger the better)
- a sound system which includes microphone
and speakers for audiences greater than 100 persons
(a wireless microphone system is the most desired, but not essential, a handheld
microphone will do)
- a back-up LCD projector (to cover Murphy's
Law)
- a back-up PC Laptop computer with PowerPoint
2003 or later installed on it. (Murphy's Law again!)
